Located on the picturesque Spanish island of Mallorca, the estate of Son Bunyola covers 680 acres of stunning landscape on the northwest cost of the island, surrounded by grape vines, olive and citrus trees. Villa Son Balagueret is a stunning addition to the beautiful estate and is one of three luxury villas, with Sa Terra Rotja and Sa Punta de S'Aguila completing the trio.

Son Balagueret is a traditional, secluded four bedroom villa, with plenty of space for guests to relax and take in beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea. This villa is full of history; the original turret dates back to the 13th century, and slotted secret windows would have been used for signalling to similar lookout points in the area to warn of possible attacks...for today's guests however, the biggest concern will be choosing between a day at the pool, or wandering to the nearby beach.

The villa's living spaces seamlessly flow between the living and dining rooms, to the gorgeous private courtyard, sun terrace and alfresco dining space. Indoors there are two lounges and a dining room, as well as a sociable kitchen with a breakfast bar offering plenty of space for the whole group to simply relax and enjoy some downtime.

Step outside to discover the fabulous outdoor lounging spaces. The villa's private swimming pool (12m x 5.5m), is surrounded by a pretty terrace with sea views and lush gardens, or for something a little more active, head to the estate's shared tennis courts for a game. Adjacent to the villa is the covered outdoor lounge; a shady spot with cooling breezes drifting up from the Mediterranean, and perfect for a pre-dinner drink or two. The alfresco dining space enjoys atmospheric lighting, so dinners can continue late into the evening.

Spread over three floors, Villa Son Balagueret can sleep eight adults in four bedrooms plus an additional day bed. The master suite is situated within the villa's signature turret and spans three floors. On the top level is the lovely double bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, and just below this is a private snug (with a daybed), perfect for some quiet time at the start of the day. The suite's luxury bathroom is on the ground floor. The further three bedrooms each benefit from an en-suite bathroom and are individually styled. All four bedrooms enjoy fantastic views of the dramatic Mallorcan landscape.

Swim in the infinity outdoor swimming pool, or relax yourself in the luxury wellness area after doing your daily workout in the private hotel gym. Location

Villa Son Balagueret is located within the stunning 680 acre estate of Son Bunyola, approximately a 40 minute drive from Palma. Son Bunyola is only a few kilometres from the traditional Mallorcan villages of Banyalbufar and Esporles where you will find a variety of restaurants, tapas bars and other local amenities.

From Son Balagueret you will be able to reach the private pebble natural beach of the Son Bunyola Estate, located at approximately 15-20 minutes walk from the property.
