The stunning cathedral-like entrance is a clear example of the modern and innovative architecture used throughout the property. Spanning across 3,845m² of both indoor and outdoor living areas, there are ample spaces in which to enjoy. One of the most outstanding luxury features of Villa Sawarin is by far the magnificent 15m infinity swimming pool. Enjoy a leisurely swim or relax on the raised floor of the water beds while admiring breathtaking panoramas of the pristine waters of Phang Nga Bay that the villa's position affords. Surrounding this are plenty of loungers and parasols and on one side a gazebo offers shade to a round dining table, perfect for alfresco meals. For those looking for more quiet, unwind in one of the villa's many outdoor lounges while sipping your favourite cocktail, taken from the bar area.

The property boasts its very own meticulously maintained tropical gardens and some of the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets of Phuket. Transporting you to a beautiful oasis of tranquillity, the villa is surrounded by three acres of nature, stroll through the luscious grounds, relax in your own private beach house or tee up on your own golf green. For a change of scenery, head towards the semi-private beach, ideal for kayaking and long sandy walks, or make your way through the estate to the shared tennis court.

Back indoors Villa Sawarin, if you wish to keep up your workout, make use of the villa's fully equipped gym or enjoy a massage in the dedicated treatment room. For entertaining evenings, there is a second Lounge set up with a TV area, pool table and tennis table outside.

In total, Villa Sawarin can sleep up to 20 guests across 10 double bedrooms, two of which can also be arranged as twin. The contemporary bedrooms have a sharp, clean design, each completed by a bright spacious en-suite, with walk-in showers in all and freestanding bathtubs in six. Among the master bedrooms, the two on the lower level 1 benefit of a private balcony, walk-in wardrobe and a jacuzzi bathtub, while, the remaining ones benefit from a seating area and private terrace. In addition, the Guest Bedrooms 3 & 4, and Guest Bedrooms 5 & 6 are respectively interconnected, making them ideal family suites.

Villa Sawarin offers covered parking for three cars. You will also find an integrated sound system and air conditioning throughout the property. The villa is located in a private gated community with 24 hour security.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 20 guests, and is offered on a fully-staffed basis to include house manager, daily housekeeping, chef service from 7am to 10 pm and airport transfers on arrival/departure. Food and drinks are charged in addition plus local applicable VAT.

Prices do not include taxes (VAT) of 8.7%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

Villa Sawarin is located on the east coast of Phuket in the exclusive estate of Cape Yamu with an elevated beach-front setting facing stunning panoramic views of Phang Nga Bay and the blue waters of the Andaman Sea. The villa's strategic position allows guests to be close enough to all the main tourist attractions, whilst offering complete privacy away from the hustle and bustle of the city, just 20 minutes away. Guests can be in the city in no time, to make the most of the shops and restaurants.

Phuket sits within the Andaman Sea, hosting some of Thailand's most popular gems. The well-known unspoiled beaches of Layan, Bang Tao and Surin are approximately 20–30 minutes drive away. While, for yachting, the Royal Phuket Marina is just 20 minutes drive. Additionally, the Ao Por Grand Marina is reachable within 20–30 minutes by car: this is an exclusive location at the entrance of Phang Nga Bay. In this area, guests will discover the Koh Tapu Island, also known as James Bond Island, famous for its appearance in The Man with the Golden Gun.

For a day trip, drive 20 minutes to live a memorable experience at the Phuket Elephant Sanctuary, or explore the south of the island (1-hour drive) to discover cultural attractions such as the Big Buddha Temple.

This villa's service comes completely fully staffed to cater to your every need. A private chef and service team, available from 7am to 10pm, will be responsible for the loving preparations of daily Asian or continental breakfast, lunch and dinners, to ensure you sample a taste of traditional local cuisine. Please note that food and drink for mealtimes are charged as extra. The service team, on occasion and with prior notice, can be made available for late-night special events and early morning breakfasts, with extra staff hours being charged extra. As well as the concierge team adhering to your every request, an in-house manager will be on hand to make you feel at home in this luxury Thai villa.

The team are on hand to make sure your villa holiday in Thailand is the best it possibly can be, from the arrival of your airport transfer on the first day to the last day of your stay. For those that require, an evening turndown service can also be provided before bedtimes in your own Thai havens of comfort. As Villa Sawarin is part of a gated community with 24-hour estate security, you can sleep even easier knowing that you are still well-looked after all through the night.

Daily housekeeping is included, so you can be sure that the property is being well looked after throughout your stay. You'll find hairdryers, robes, slippers and luxury toiletries in every room. According to their eco-friendly Save the Planet policy, linens are changed every 3 days. Additional charges may apply if more frequent changes are needed.

Your expert concierge can arrange restaurant bookings, daily excursions and childcare at your request. They can assist with a wide range of additional services (at extra cost) and customise your break to satisfy your every need. From driver service, in-house massages, laundry services and a wine menu with a selection of Champagne, red, white & rosé wine, everything will be provided on your request.
