Villa Clos Mireille, is a beautifully restored 'Bastide', featuring a private pool and a private access directly onto the shores of Plage du Pellegrin. Sitting among an expansive 54-hectare vineyard estate, it's a unique and tranquil setting that lovingly demonstrates the best of Provence. Accommodating up to 18 guests across nine elegant contemporary bedrooms, it is the perfect base for a large group get-together or special occasion.

Villa Clos Mireille is divided into three areas: the main house, the pool house and the gate house, all connected by a typical Provençal courtyard. The building is abundant with classic French charm, from its impeccable grounds, country house façade to characterful interiors. Make the most of Mediterranean countryside at its finest in the heavenly retreat, which blends nature with coastal elements harmoniously. Inside the main house, guests will be welcomed in the spacious living and dining area, characterised by warm tones and sophisticated furnishings. The style is minimalist, as often found in Provençal homes, creating a calming and relaxing space, with just pops of colour and artwork bringing an element of personality. Nearby, there is also a fully-equipped modern kitchen.

Outdoor living is an integral part of the lifestyle in Provence and as such, Villa Clos Mireille offers a beautiful outdoor area where guests can relax. Within the villa's courtyard, an alfresco living area is shaded by a green canopy, and an elegant dining space can be enjoyed for mealtimes outdoors, where you can fully appreciate the golden hour and sound of cicadas. To accompany this laid back way of life, the long courtyard swimming pool is a tempting delight for a refreshing swim.

As you settle into your surroundings, there is plenty more to explore. Picture leisurely walks around the impressive grounds and grape vines, long lazy beach days on Plage to Pellegrin, located at the end of a private path through the grounds and then dreamy evenings spent drinking rose while playing pétanque. Paddleboards and snorkelling gear is provided, and a beach BBQ can easily be arranged, should you wish to while away all your hours on the shoreline. A tour of the villa's wine cellar and wine production is also a must!

Villa Clos Mireille can sleep up to 18 guests across 9 elegantly decorated bedrooms. All the rooms are generous and are a beautiful mix of polished concrete floors and handcrafted ethnic fabrics. Large metal windows, frame the tranquil panoramas and bathe the rooms in natural light. The bedrooms each come with sleek open-plan en-suites with refreshing rain showers or deep bathtubs. Two large bedrooms are found on the ground floor with access to the courtyard, and the remaining rooms are on the upper level. There are two wings for the upstairs bedrooms, each accessed by their own staircase, one with two bedrooms and the other wing with four. This provides plenty of space for a larger party or multifamily group to have their own private quarters.

For convenience, there is an on site house manager and the owners are available nearby. There is ample parking for guests with their own vehicles.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 18 guests on a bed and breakfast basis, to include a daily breakfast buffet and a tour of the Domaines Ott Vineyard and wine tasting.

Villa Clos Mireille is a luxury private house, nestled in the grounds of a 54 hectare estate of Côtes de Provence vines, belonging to Domaines Ott, one of the most famous rosé wine producers. Located on the Côte de Provence, it is a fantastic location to make the most of golden sandy beaches, a region steeped in heritage and wine production and one of immense beauty.

This stretch of coast is renowned for award-winning beaches, and the villa itself benefits from private access directly onto the Plage du Pellegrin (approx 10 mins walk). You can also visit the beaches of Miramar and Argentière both under 10 minutes drive away. From the Port of Miramar, venture out by boat to visit the Golden Islands, Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Île du Levant. Each island offers a unique and distinct experience that feels a world apart from the mainland, yet easily accessible in less than 20 minutes.

Clos Mireille sits between the towns of La Londe-les-Maures (10 minutes drive), where you can find local shops and amenities, and the vibrant Le Levandou (20 minutes drive) and quaint Bomes-les-Mimosas (20 minutes drive). Other attractions within a 15-minute drive include La Londe's exotic garden, the Valcros Golf club, and the local national monument of Fort de Brégançon. One hour west of St Tropez, it is possible to explore further along the Côte d'Azur, if looking to make the most of a renowned coastal region like no other!

Toulon airport is 45 minutes away.

Incredible experiences can be arranged for you, such as wine tours around the Domaines Ott's vineyards, cellar, and estate or day or week yacht charters to discover the golden islands and beautiful coast.

Each day, breakfast is lovingly created for your group, with fresh local and healthy produce. The spread is laid out in a lavish buffet with experienced breakfast hosts on hand to ensure a relaxing start to your day. In case you would prefer to upgrade your holiday to a catered stay, there is the possibility to add the services of a private chef. For further choice, the à la carte wine menu can be explored, and you can be assured of their excellence, as Les Côtes de Provence is one of the most beautiful wines regions in the world.

During your stay, you can be assured daily housekeeping and grounds maintenance is completed to keep the property at its best. The house is lovingly prepared with Beltrami Italian linen, King of Cotton towels, Aesop toiletries and Frette bathrobes and slippers.
