Villa La Perla Palais occupies an expansive area of approximately 7,000m², both inside and out. The villa features a cavernous central living area, with two wings of the building either side extending out on the terrace. The living area includes a stylish lounge with sumptuous seating on one side, with a fully-equipped modern kitchen to the other, where an elegant kitchen island with a chic breakfast bar with stools is located. The villa offers two areas for dining, both alfresco, either on the shaded balcony overlooking the front garden or beneath the veranda of the wraparound terrace.

The main highlight of Villa La Perla Palais belongs to its monumental wraparound terrace. A swimming pool extends towards the sands of the beautiful Baie Rouge beach, where sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea towards the island of Anguilla can be admired. Comfortable loungers scatter the terrace, with further lounge areas to be found beneath the shade of the veranda and beside the outdoor bar and BBQ area. In a secluded spot at the end of one wing of the property, the appealing bubbles of an outdoor hot tub can be found.

Inside, Villa La Perla Palais offers guests a spa area with a sauna and gym facilities. For entertainment purposes, you will find a pool table, table football and table tennis, as well as a giant chess set in the villa's front garden.

There are five spacious double bedrooms to Villa La Perla Palais, sleeping a total of 10 guests. While all bedrooms are consistent in offering modern luxury living spaces, each comes with an individual character, with unique artworks, flourishes of colour and stylish furnishings. All bedrooms come en-suite and offer direct access to the terrace, with many providing gorgeous sea views to wake up to in the morning.

The villa comes with private parking and has air conditioning throughout.

Villa La Perla Palais, along with Villa La Perla Bianca and Villa La Perla Classic, forms the Villa La Perla Estate, a luxurious beachfront villa in Saint Martin with three swimming pools, sleeping up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the villa for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping, villa manager and complimentary airport transfer on arrival.

Prices do not include taxes (VAT) and Service Charges (10%) which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.

Please note, a cleaning fee of $250 will be charged in addition for minimum length stays. Longer stays will have the fee waived.

The villa is located just 10 minutes drive from Princess Juliana International Airport on the Dutch side of Sint Maarten, by which you will find the iconic Maho Beach and the island's golf course. The French capital of Marigot is just 12 minutes by car, where you will find a number of restaurants, bars and shops.
