Nestled in the heart of the Maldives' pristine Baa Atoll, The Sunset Reserve at Soneva Fushi offers an unparalleled tropical escape. This magnificent seven-bedroom beach front villa is the perfect blend of luxury, privacy, and nature. Sprawling across 2,234m², the property is ideal for large families or groups, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, or even a few more on request.

The Sunset Reserve's design harmoniously blends into the surrounding jungle and golden shores. The villa is composed of six separate structures, each connected by extensive wooden decks, surrounding a towering ancient Banyan tree that creates a central focal point. As you step inside, multiple lounge areas offer plenty of space to relax. Here, the open-air design allows the living and dining areas to seamlessly flow into the main terrace. Enjoy alfresco meals with your group, or simply appreciate quiet moments in a stunning tropical environment. Nearby, a fully-equipped kitchen will have everything you need for mealtime preparations, while you can also select a preferred wine from the private wine cellar.

The villa's expansive outdoor areas are designed for relaxation and recreation. There are two private swimming pools, one directly outside the master suite for intimate dips, and the main pool, complete with a water slide and a sunken seating area, perfect for fun-filled afternoons with the whole family. Plush daybeds, swings, and loungers are scattered across the decks, providing idyllic spots to relax in the sun. For a change of scenery, step out onto the soft sandy beach and take a dip into the Ocean.

The Sunset Reserve includes a spa area, featuring a sauna and a steam room, allowing you to completely relax and soothe any achy muscles. The villa also includes private gym facilities, where you could also arrange a signature treatment. While for entertaining your group in the evenings, the TV lounge provides a perfect hideaway for movie nights.

The Sunset Reserve can sleep up to 12 guests across seven spacious bedrooms, all complete of their own en-suite facilities. The master bedroom is a sanctuary of luxury, featuring a private lounge area and a stunning outdoor bathroom with a sunken bath, all encased by a peaceful water feature. Two of the main guest bedrooms also boast large outdoor bathrooms with steam room facilities and sunken bathtubs. For families, the villa provides a children's bedroom and an adjoining nanny's room.

For convenience, bikes are available for your personal use, as well as an eco-friendly electric buggy, allowing you to explore the Soneva Fushi Resort at your leisure. Air conditioning is also provided throughout the property.

While staying at The Sunset Reserve, guests can make full use of the Soneva Fushi facilities, including a variety of restaurants with a wealth of cuisine options and serving both relaxed and gourmet options. There's also a spa and sports centre, tennis courts, kid's playground and huge itinerary and activity program to choose from.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the villa for up to 12 adults. The villa is offered with a villa manager and attendant, private chef (on call), complimentary daily breakfast buffet at restaurants 'Down to Earth' or 'So Cold' and full use of the resort facilities, spa and concierge service. Up to 6 extra children or 2 adults can be accommodated on request at an additional cost, please enquire.

The villa is also available fully catered (with half-board), to include a daily buffet breakfast, dinner service at 'Mihiree Mithaa', 'Down to Earth', 'Fresh in the Garden', 'Out of the Blue' and 'Shades of Green' or credit for any other resort outlet ($250 per adult/ $125 per child). All drinks are charged as extra. Consumption exceeding the credit limit is charged as a supplement.

A Full board catering (Breakfast, lunch and dinner) package is also available as an upgrade.
